Artwork Responsibility
1. NO PROOF will be return to the customer before production unless otherwise requested.
2. Customer is responsible to check any errors (texts, graphics, color etc.) that would exist onto the artwork.
3. We will not touch your artwork and we are not responsible in any errors existed on the artwork.
1. Convert files to JPEG, TIFF (LZW Compression) or PDF file format.
2. Color mode should be CMYK.
3. Files should be set up at full size (1:1 scale). 100% of final print size.
4. Resolution should be 100 to 150 dpi at final size.
5. File transfer via Prints-mart FTP. (FTP information will be given after payment received)

What is included in your prices?
Everything! There are no hidden costs. Our prices include design, print, delivery, proof, gst and great customer service.
Where do you deliver to and how much is postage?
Our prices include free delivery to anywhere in Australia, even to small country towns and high rise buildings.
How long does it take to print and deliver?
Once the artwork has been finalised and payment has cleared, printing will take approximately 5-7 working days then delivery by courier will take between 1 day (sydney/melbourne) and 3 working days (remote country). Most orders are delivered in 7 working days from payment.
Can I use my banners outside?
All of our banners are printed using UV resistant inks and are great to use outdoor without fading.
What sort of quality are your banners?
Our banners are printed with full colour outdoor UV inks on thick 450gsm banner material and come with eyelets fitted firmly in the vinyl fabric. This means they are very high quality and will last in the wind and sun

Yes certainly, after placing your order one of our design team will contact you to arrange for you to send through your design. Once you have placed an order through the website you will be given the opportunity to upload your design
